In the framework of the bilateral project “Fundamental Principles of Criminal Law and Procedure in a Transnational Environment”, co-financed by the Slovenian Research Agency (BI-HR/20-21-013), the researchers of the Institute of Criminology – Prof. Dr. Matjaž Jager, Prof. Dr Katja Šugman Stubbs and Prof. Dr Katja Filipčič – presented papers at a panel discussion organised by the Croatian Association for European Criminal Law and the Faculty of Law in Zagreb on 12 December 2022.
