Miha Hafner

Miha Hafner is a researcher at the Institute of Criminology and assistant professor of criminal law at the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana where he teaches criminal procedural law. He obtained a master’s degree in criminology at the University of Cambridge (United Kingdom) and a PhD in criminal law at the University of Ljubljana. His research areas are criminal procedural law and the intersection of criminal law and cognitive science.
