Our researchers Miha Hafner and Manja Skočir participated as national rapporteurs in a colloquium organised by the International Association for Criminal Law (AIDP) entitled “Artificial Intelligence and Criminal Justice”, which took place in Opatija, Croatia. The colloquium, attended by representatives of 14 countries, adopted a resolution on the criminal law regulation of autonomous weapons systems.
