Vasja Badalič appeared on the radio show Frekvenca X at Val 202. In the show, entitled “Wars 20.24: When Algorithms Kill,” he spoke about the use of artificial intelligence in modern warfare.
He explained how militaries increasingly rely on metadata analysis to select military targets; what are the problems that lead to such technology being unreliable in determining military targets; and how the new technology opens up new ethical and legal dilemmas.
