On Friday, 21 March, the conference “Law in the Information Society” took place at the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana, organized by the Institute of Comparative Law, the Institute of Criminology, the Faculty of Law and the Center for Information Technology, Law and Ethics.
At the event, our researchers led a roundtable discussion on the contradictions of content moderation on online platforms. Manja Skočir presented the development of platform regulation and the challenges of content moderation, while Iva Ramuš Cvetkovič spoke about the suppression of online user activity in the context of the events in Gaza. The round table was moderated by Prof. Dr. Aleš Završnik.
